Pento is a tool that patients can use to make psilocybin mushroom pills by themselves. The purpose of the object is for patients to form a process of healing by producing pills themselves through the use of objects, forming a bond with nature, and avoiding plastic-packed pills. It requires time to produce a single pill, opening the awareness of the ritual of the mind and grounding in the environment.
The design of the objects comes across to communicate compactness in a quiet manner, that once opened gives the possibility of multifunction. It is considerably designed to be made out of materials light enough to be taken to different locations but still very durable and appropriate for grinding and compressing.
